What began with the introduction of the Honda Insight and Toyota Prius roughly ten years ago, has now yielded second and third generation hybrids. Today, in addition to hybrid compacts and midsize cars, there are several fullsize sedans and small suv’s available as well. Very soon - several hybrid trucks, minivans, and larger suvs will join them.
